The Clifton brief was as wide as it was technically challenging. Their requirements ranged from an online tool to allow their customers to create their own unique clothes incorporated into a fully updateable Content Management System to a visually refreshed and mobile-first site front end.
The site was integrated into their existing Salesforce CRM platform to allow tracking and order management, and a payment gateway was also integrated to make the customer experience fully end-to-end.
The results have been extremely well received. Post-launch the conversion rate for each unique visitor rose from 0.5% to 21%, which amounted to a significant return on investment for the business.
